ANTHC Patient Housing
Jury Comments: “This building embodies a high quality of home away from home. Extended stays are embraced as a solution for healing - very important for those from remote areas. The outdoors are brought in, and big, diverse spaces feel intimate, providing an innovative approach to medical treatment and family support.”

3600 Spenard Mixed Use
Jury Comments: “Small but efficient residences with private balconies, commendable address of work force and affordable housing. Clean and simple interiors, simple detailing. Bike storage, sculptured rain gardens, solar charging stations, ground source heat, renewables, and a high performance envelope along with being attractive makes this project successful.”
