To meet the growing demand for medical office space near Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, this three-story building was developed to house multiple medical groups. The flexible design allowed the core to be completed first, with customized build-outs for long-time tenant and now owner, Orthopedic Physicians Alaska.
Constructed with a steel-braced frame and concrete slabs, the building ensures durability, while large windows provide ample natural light, enhancing the comfort and functionality of common areas and offices. The exterior combines insulated metal panels with granite accents, creating a modern and inviting appearance.
