Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium Patient Housing Ronald McDonald

Located on the sixth floor of the Alaska Native Medical Center patient housing facility, the Ronald McDonald House provides a supportive residential environment for Alaska Native women experiencing high-risk pregnancies who must relocate to Anchorage for care. The space is designed to help families remain together and feel at home during an important and often stressful time. Shared living spaces including a library and areas for meditation, yoga, and traditional crafts—create opportunities for connection, reflection, and community. A teaching kitchen supports educational classes for expectant mothers, while a dedicated play area with an interactive game system offers space for children traveling with their families.
