Santos, a global company with significant investments in Alaska, required a high-performing workplace for its growing team of over 150 employees. Spanning 80,000 square feet across seven levels, the new office features diverse work settings to support collaboration, focused work, impromptu communication, and training.
KPB Architects partnered with Santos and stakeholders to create a workplace that boosts productivity, employee satisfaction, and talent retention. The design emphasizes access to daylight, acoustic solutions, environmental graphics by Studio SC, and a two-story Sky Garden Lounge on the 9th floor.
