She oversees interior design at KPB by working parallel during the design process with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop a cohesive design that meets project goals, vision and budget.Her certifications in Evidence-Based Design from the Center for Health and is a Certified Healthcare Interior Designer (CHID) underscore her deep expertise and commitment to the healthcare sector.

Alisha believes in asking the right questions and maintaining clear communication to deliver a successful project. Her focus on researched-based planning allows her to develop strategies that solve client challenges, improve real estate space savings, optimize workflow for better business performance, and elevate the patient experience in healthcare facilities.

As a lifelong Alaska resident, outside of work, Alisha enjoys an active life including; skiing, hiking, fishing, and spending time with her family and double doodle.
