This company’s value of focus on doing great work for our clients is still how we lead today. It’s not about awards or our own ego, it’s about the people we serve in the community, and we are lucky enough to be able to do this as a career.

President, Managing Principal, Architect
Mike Prozeralik has over 38 years of architectural experience, working on a wide range of projects across the country. Mike leads the firms Department of Defense work and other project types including health care, commercial and multi-family residential. He takes great pride in seeing a client’s satisfaction through KPB’s project execution, and as an owner of KPB, finds it rewarding to work with his staff in further developing their creativity and skill.
Originally hailing from Upstate New York, it didn’t take long for Mike to call the Great Land “home”. A weeklong fly fishing trip on the Kenai in 1990 turned into a three week adventure, and much like the rainbow trout he was after, Mike was hooked. Less than a year after that fateful fishing trip Mike moved to Alaska and now spends much of his free time at his cabin in Cooper Landing with his wife, their two sons and their families.
KPB believes firmly in giving back to its community, and Mike leads by example: as a Bean’s Café board member and the 2015 Chairman of AEDC’s Board of Directors, as well as teaming up with many other local non-profits, Mike works with the community to make Anchorage a great place to work, live and thrive.
